CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective July 1, 2008
- All cancellations shall be provided in writing by tenant who booked and paid for reservation.
- Booking Confirmation Deposit shall be non-refundable in any and all cases.
- All cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled occupancy date are non-refundable.
- Any cancellation made outside of the 30 days prior to occupancy will be subject to our company booking a replacement guest for the same period of time.
- If the replacement guest’s rental rate is less than the original tenant’s rate charged due to a discount offered in an effort to re-book, then original tenant shall receive a refund equal to the following: Amount paid less 1. $250.00 rebooking fee 2. Less of any discount given as incentive to new tenant. If our company is unable to re-book the time period which original tenant has reserved then all monies paid are non-refundable.
- In the event that tenant does not execute and return to our main office the “Check In Rental Agreement” prior to date of occupancy then no access codes will be provided and Tenant shall completely forfeit all monies paid.
