This newly redecorated home has it all! You can ski in and ski out and enjoy lovely long range mountain views. This home is within walking distance of the Lodge at Sugar Mountain. Sugar Mountain has excellent snow making facilities as well as a great ski school in the winter months. But equally exciting is the festivals and events which Sugar Mountain hosts in the summer. All at your finger tips as well as a great golf course and tennis courts for your enjoyment
Banner Elk is a small town with big appeal. Surrounded by rugged mountain peaks it has numerous hiking trails, fly fishing, rafting and horseback riding as well as many other great enjoyable things to do. The shopping is high end and the restaurants are fabulous. The pace is slow, the weather hardly exceeding 72 degrees in the summer, and the mountain streams teaming with fish year round. A true slice of mountain elegance!
The home consists of 2 bedrooms. One containing a king size bed the other a queen. A queen size pull out couch is located in the family room. Also located in the family room is an enormous large screen TV, with surround sound. From the family room you can either watch the skiers, admire the Mountain View or just watch your favorite movie in front of the fireplace. The home has two full baths, one ensuite in the master. The kitchen is up to date with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. A convenient utility room houses the washer and dryer. The entire home was redecorated in the last 18 months.
