Bluewater Properties along with their local management has exceeded all expectations of rental property management that we have experienced throughout the two year period that our lease agreement has been in place  The house that we have rented was originally built in the 1920's  It is apparent that through the remodeling process by Bluewater Properties, prior to our lease agreement, that every effort was made to minimize any problems that could arise for the tenants.

We have had a few issues that have needed attention during this time, as one could expect with an older home.  Every issue was addressed immediately with a satisfactory resolution.  One example that we would like to note is that shortly into the lease we had a problem with one of the air conditioning units.  We were also expecting our first house guests to Southern Florida for a long weekend.  Mark immediately called an air conditioning repair expert in the area. The repairman gave him the option of a short term fix or to wait for the parts required for the permanent solution. The parts would not be available until the following week.  Mark did not hesitate to authorize the short term repair so that our house guests would have a comfortable stay.

We have purchased a home in the area and plan to relocate to Fort Lauderdale.  We commend Mark and his company for the professionalism and attentiveness that we have experienced.
